I DO NOT LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK - Ever. However, I bought this (with an extended warranty) and had problems because it wouldn't recharge. I contacted the extended warranty company (offered here through Amazon) and they were excited to tell me it wasn't their responsibility since the original warranty was still in effect. I wrote the company and quickly got a "suggested fix". I tried it and it didn't work. Ever since (four months ago) I haven't been able to get any feedback from the company at all.

So - don't buy this product, don't trust this company, be SUSPICIOUS of the extended warranty offered by Amazon.

I have been buying online for almost twenty years and this is my first real negative experience.
